  • Report to Regional Director of Finance and perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for Asia business units
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly management reports across 7 countries in the APAC market

Requirements:

Supervisor, Fund Accounting & Valuation

  • Supervise the team members to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ORSO funds and retail unit trusts
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including accounting reconciliation, regulatory compliance, etc
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the fund operational system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting and valuation with 1 to 2 years at supervisory level
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Access

  • Develop and maintain close relationship with key regional and local media through active media pitch and media tracking to further strengthen the branding and positive perception of the company.

  • Solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company sales target

  • Pay frequent visits/contacts and provide quality service to enhance relationship with assigned distributors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients

  • Develop and maintain good knowledge about the pension system, group products and services. Process new business, policy maintenance and claims or payouts efficiently in accordance with the approve company procedures, policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure the issuance of all regular billing and process policies renewal timely and accurately for all product lines.
  • Provide good quality and maintenance the services provide to MPF/ORSO clients are meet the company service pledge.
