  • Solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company sales target
  • Further expand the brokers/alliance distribution channel and network and increase the number of productive brokers/agents
  • Pay frequent visits/contacts and provide quality service to enhance relationship with assigned distributors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients
  • Assist to coordinate and participate in all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sales administrative, enrollment and customer service support
  • Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies and guidelines
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling pensions or investment related products
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a MUST
  • Outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Assistant Treasury Officer

  • Under general supervision, compile daily cash position and handle short term investment activities. Must ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations
  • Handle settlement and reporting of security trading and unit trust order activities
  • Assist to coordinate with fund manager on cashflow needs and ensure sufficient funding for investment funds redemption purposes or other operational needs
  • Assist in performing UAT for system enhancement
  • Handle the reconciliation of custody and bank accounts

Requirements:

  • Participate in the design, development and implementation of new and/or revised data processing systems. Aid in coordination and systems development effects, and may serve as a project leader directing the work

  • Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents

Requirements:

Assistant Officer, Fund Operations & Registration
AO, FOR
  • Administer the accounting opening and dealings in unit trusts; provide fund administration services to the investors of our Distributing partners; liaise with external fund trustee and administrator of unit trusts and ensure a smooth operation in the Department
  • Carry out day-to-day unit trust administration duties
  • Liaise with trustee and/or administrator of the mutual funds in handling ad hoc and routine fund administration issues
  • Provide customer service and answer enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Provide clerical support to the departmentˇ¦s on-going or ad hoc projects

Requirements:
  • University graduate preferred

Assistant Compliance Manager

  • To assist the Senior Compliance Manager to supervise various compliance functions to ensure corporate and business activities are conducted within the framework of applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures and international best practices
  • Familiarize the pension operation system and Trustnet, closely monitor regulatory submission in timely and proper manner
  • Work closely with pension operations department and relevant departments to handle regulatory enquiries, breaches, complaints, regular reporting and other related issues
  • Provide compliance advice on pension operational matters, projects and other initiatives
  • Compliance review on administration forms/communication pieces
  • Monitor proper filing and record of trust related legal and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with fund operation department and relevant departments on various mutual fund operational compliance matters

  • Good knowledge on MPFSO and SFO and relevant codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Meticulous, efficient and responsible
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as willing to communicate with different level of people
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
