  • Solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company sales target
  • Further expand the brokers/alliance distribution channel and network and increase the number of productive brokers/agents
  • Pay frequent visits/contacts and provide quality service to enhance relationship with assigned distributors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients
  • Assist to coordinate and participate in all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sales administrative, enrollment and customer service support
  • Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies and guidelines
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling pensions or investment related products
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a MUST
  • Outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Handle daily administration of retirement schemes and perform customer service related activities
  • Process member enrollments, terminations, and group changes in accordance with the approved company procedures, policies and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
  • Perform clerical support such as data input
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less or more experience will be considered as Assistant Officer or Senior Officer

  • Responsible for fund accounting and other relevant fund operational tasks
  • Perform daily fund valuation and accounting reconciliation
  • Responsible for periodic accounting and regulatory reports preparation

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience
  • Student membership in HKICPA (or similar associations) is preferred

  • Supervise 3 subordinates and support the manager in managing daily operations, control, compliance and UAT projects
  • Handle collection of contributions and settlement of redemption payments for pension / unit trust products
  • Liaise and follow up with Pension & Fund Operations and banks / on receivables / payables related issues
  • Perform cashflow and bank statements reconciliation on daily and monthly basis
  • Perform other job related duties and ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary graduate or above with at least 4 years relevant working experience in which 1-2 years in supervisory role
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel
  • Experience in accounts receivable and payable in financial sector is preferred
  • Familiar with internet banking systems is an advantage
  • Attention to details, analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ ORSO funds and retail unit trusts; and accounting reconciliation
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including regulatory compliance
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the fund operational system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports

Requirements:
  • University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related subjects
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting and valuation, with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience

Treasury Officer
TO_CM
  • Under general supervision, compile daily cash position and handle short term investment activities. Must ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations
  • Handle settlement and reporting of security trading and unit trust order activities
  • Assist to coordinate with fund manager on cashflow needs and ensure sufficient funding for investment funds redemption purposes or other operational needs
  • Assist in performing UAT for system enhancement
  • Handle the reconciliation of custody and bank accounts
  • Prepare and follow up audit confirmation requests for schemes and company accounts
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Requirements:
  • University graduate in finance/accounting is preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience in money market and unit trust dealing and custodian related functions
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel and Word
  • Meticulous and efficient
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
