Requirements:

Member Relations Consultant
MRC
  • Assure retention of existing business by performing necessary service on assigned cases
  • Create cross-selling opportunities with existing members
  • Build up and maintain close business relationship with individual MPF participants aiming to help delivering the Company’s client retention initiatives
  • Enhance relationship with individual members and provision of quality services
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients
  • Assist to coordinate and participate into all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sales administration, enrollment and customer service support
  • Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies and guidelines

Requiremnts:
  • Tertiary education or equivalent in any discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of telemarketing or customer service experience in financial industry
  • Knowledge in MPF or pension products is an advantage
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a MUST
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure

Project Manager, PMO
PMO
  • Manage projects to successful completion, within agreed upon time frames, within quality requirements and budget constraints
  • As a project manager, model leader expectations (driving change, strategy, and results)
  • Promote and support effective project management processes by utilizing the PFG and BU/SCBU project management standards while balancing project expectations
  • Provide effective project management leadership through effective planning, organizing, decision making, communicating and collaborating skills

Requirements :
  • University education or equivalent in any discipline, PMI/PMP certification is preferred

  • Taking inbound calls within a call center environment and handle customer inquiries through electronic means
  • Occasion handle of walk-in customers
  • We shall provide training on our in-house pension system and pension products. The role is required to provide service on processing member enrollments, terminations and group changes in accordance with the company procedures, policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete documentation of customer contact center functions
  • Assist in preparing relevant materials in response to client enquiry and requests and provide administrative support to other team within the departments in a professional manner
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Requirements :
  • Associate Degree or University graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in handling enquiries for banking/financial services/MPF and ORSO schemes is preferred
  • Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior/supervisor position
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • The role may be required on shift duty
Customer Experience and Service Assurance Manager
CEX
  • Assist senior executives in formulating and implementing customer management strategies and data strategies to derive highest value from customers by exploring their retirement needs, aiming to achieve the business targets, improve customer experience and operational effectiveness
  • Conduct service quality assessments to monitor internal service standard Provide training / coaching sessions to ensure compliance with internal guidelines/ regulatory standard and achievement of customer service excellence
  • Deep-dive study and continuous monitoring in all sorts of customers feedbacks, identify opportunities and formulate action plan
  • Keep abreast of customer service market trend and capture voices of customers
  • Participate in other strategic projects as required
Requirements :
  • University graduate, preferably business-related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of customer servicing experience in pension/banking/financial industry with at least 1 year in the coaching/supervisory role
  • Customer-oriented mindset with passion to challenge the status quo
  • With quality assurance and training experience
  • A team player with well-polished interpersonal skills and influence skills

  • Prepare daily journal entries and reconciliation of accounting balances Prepare payment vouchers and arrange settlement Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Assist in preparing internal and external financial reports in timely and accurately manner
  • Assist in coordinating annual independent audit including preparing financial statements which are audited Assist in preparing regulatory filing

Requirements :
  • University Graduate in accounting with professional accountancy qualification
  • At least 3 years of accounting/audit experience in financial services sector. Candidates with Big Four audit or transaction service experience are highly preferable
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight schedules
  • Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Hand-on experience in PeopleSoft or SUN accounting system is desirable
