  • Solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company sales target
  • Further expand the brokers/alliance distribution channel and network and increase the number of productive brokers/agents
  • Pay frequent visits/contacts and provide quality service to enhance relationship with assigned distributors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients
  • Assist to coordinate and participate in all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sales administrative, enrollment and customer service support

Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling pensions or investment related products
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a MUST
  • Outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently

  • Assure retention of existing business by performing necessary service on assigned cases
  • Create cross-selling opportunities with existing members
  • Build up and maintain close business relationship with individual MPF participants aiming to help delivering the Companyˇ¦s client retention initiatives

Assistant Legal Counsel

  • Provide legal advisory and regulatory support for pension and mutual fund products. These include drafting, reviewing and making changes to constitutive documents of the products.
  • Liaise with relevant regulators for authorization of new products and approval of product changes; keep abreast of regulatory updates in the MPF, mutual fund and insurance industries as well as other changes in laws and regulations that might impact the company’s business. Advise on the appropriate actions need to be taken.
  • Draft and review various kind of commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Handle company secretarial work including preparation of board resolutions, minutes, agenda for board meetings and filing of relevant forms.
  • Arrange and/or attend various internal committees meeting, prepare agenda and minutes.
  • Provide support to Senior Legal Counsel as assigned to him/her from time to time. Perform other job related duties and special projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Lawyer qualified in Hong Kong with 1-3 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience in company secretarial work.
  • Experience in the MPF industry; knowledge of the MPF and SFC regulations and codes is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in drafting.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable with the ability to work independently and/or work in a team environment, where the need arises.
Assistant Manager, Product Marketing

  • Devise product marketing strategies to help drive new business and client retention opportunities, and improve customer and distributor experience for both MPF and mutual fund businesses in Hong Kong
  • Manage the companyˇ¦s existing library of marketing materials including but not limited to product brochures, sales flyers, fund factsheets, and product presentations
  • Develop product marketing campaigns in conjunction with Investment Marketing, Investment Communications, Digital Marketing, and Public Relations colleagues to promote new products and enhancements to existing products to customers, distributors and media
  • Align our product marketing materials with our brand essence, brand purpose, brand differentiators and brand personality
  • Ensure our product marketing materials are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 4 years of experience in product marketing or related function in the life insurance, MPF or asset management industry
  • Proven experience in managing a large portfolio of product marketing materials
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirement in HK for MPF and mutual fund marketing materials
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Officer, Compliance

  • Review marketing and communication materials of mutual fund and pension products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and handle regulatory approval timely and efficiently
  • Provide compliance advice on sales and marketing projects and other initiatives
  • Regular compliance checking on all communication pieces to ensure materials
  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure sales processes are in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in conducting due diligence/audit on service providers
  • Review KYC on-boarding procedures and support the carrying out AML/CFT and/or sanctions related matters and compliance initiatives
  • Handle licensing matters, licensee's CPD/CPT fulfillment and annual return
  • Design and conduct compliance training Participate in formulating and updating compliance plan, manuals, policies and procedures
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc compliance reports to Management and Head Office
  • Coordinate regulators' enquiry/survey/onsite examinations and assist internal and/or external auditors on compliance reviews
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting, Law, Business or other related disciplines or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the compliance field with experience in working with frontline business units
  • Having experience in the MPF industry and knowledge of the SFC and MPF codes, rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) and Chinese typing skill is required

  • Participate in maintaining accounting procedures and in preparing financial information that contributes to the accounting and reporting and control functions to ensure integrity of information and protection of assets and capital.
  • Assist in maintenance of financial reporting systems to ensure integrity and accuracy of finances. Supervise staff and monitor quality of work
  • Responsible for investment accounting and financial reporting in accordance with USGAAP and local accounting standards
  • Assist in coordinating annual independent audit including preparing financial statements which are audited. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast
  • Continue to develop and maintain all necessary job skills and assist in employee training and development. Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in accounting with professional accountancy qualification
  • At least 7-8 years of financial accounting and audit experience with 1-2 years at supervisory level
  • Strong in HK accounting standards
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight schedules
  • Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in SUN accounting system preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
