Customer Service Officer
  • Higher Diploma or above, Degree Holder is highly preferable
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience (summer job experience would also be considered)
  • Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage

Financial Analyst
  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance
  • At least 5 years related experience and experience in finance industry is a must

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance level), Word & Power Point

  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in managing workflow and document management systems

  • Supervise the fund valuation team to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ORSO funds and unit trusts
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including regulatory compliance
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the valuation system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports
Accounting Officer
  • Form 5 or above with qualification of LCC Higher or above
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Attentive to details, organized and efficient
  • Hand on experience in SUN accounting system preferred
