  • Solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company sales target
  • Further expand the brokers/alliance distribution channel and network and increase the number of productive brokers/agents
  • Pay frequent visits/contacts and provide quality service to enhance relationship with assigned distributors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients
  • Assist to coordinate and participate in all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sales administrative, enrollment and customer service support
  • Comply with regulatory and licensing requirements, internal policies and guidelines
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling pensions or investment related products
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a MUST
  • Outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Participate in the design, development and implementation of new and/or revised data processing systems. Aid in coordination and systems development effects, and may serve as a project leader directing the work
  • Act as liaison between business units and IT
  • Gather user requirements, understand the user and business needs, analyse the requirements and clarify any related issue
  • Formulate and facilitate the path to the quality system solutions for the business operations and prepare solution documents
  • Conduct quality assurance tests on system jobs or new releases
  • Provide production and UAT support
  • Coordinate and handle special projects as requested
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial, retirement or investment funds industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, attentive to details and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Supervisor, Fund Accounting & Valuation

  • Supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ORSO funds and retail unit trusts; and accounting reconciliation
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including regulatory compliance
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the fund operational system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Accounting/ Finance or related subjects
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting and valuation, with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA (or similar associations) is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Access
  • Attentive to details, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Member Relations Consultant
MRC
  • Assure retention of existing business by performing necessary service on assigned cases
  • Create cross-selling opportunities with existing members
  • Build up and maintain close business relationship with individual MPF participants aiming to help delivering the Company’s client retention initiatives
  • Enhance relationship with individual members and provision of quality services
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients

  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Manager, Management Reporting & Analytics

  • In-house consultant: proactively research and analyze data (internal and external) relevant to the business; provide insights to management and recommendations
  • Regular reporting: work closely with financial reporting team to prepare regular management and board reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Deliver better reporting: development of new reports and adapt existing reports to align with business changes
  • Implement predictive analytics for management reporting
  • Financial planning and expense management: support quarterly financial planning and annual budgeting process with a focus on expense budgets
  • Improve expense management process
Requirements:
  • Bachelorˇ¦s degree in accounting, finance or business related discipline
  • Strong analytical ability and broad financial acumen (finance, accounting, tax, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong business writing skills
  • High energy, curious and proactive researcher
  • Ability to handle a high stress environment with many adhoc requests and meet tight deadlines
