Customer Service Officer (Trainee)
  • Higher Diploma or above, Degree Holder is highly preferable
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience (summer job experience would also be considered)
  • Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Considerable knowledge of customer service principles, practices and attitude
  • Proactive, good telephone manner & customer-oriented
  • Holder of MPF intermediary license and SFC license is preferable
  • Senior position may offer to the right candidate

Network Engineer
  • College or university graduate in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Microsoft system support
  • Proficiency in administration of Windows Server, VMware and Microsoft applications like Active Directory, SharePoint, Hyper-V and System Center Suit
  • Familiar with CA Arcserve and Symantec Netbackup backup application
  • Self-motivated with good organization, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Provide server and network infrastructure support
  • Setup, administer, maintain and support system environments such as Windows server, VMWare and SAN
  • Manage and deliver technical infrastructure projects
  • Provide technical support and consultation services of IT systems
  • Develop and maintain procedures and manuals to enhance operational efficiency
Analyst Programmer
  • College or university graduate in Management Information System or Computer Science
  • Development experience in financial industry would be an advantage
  • Working experience in VB.NET, ASP.NET and MS SQL 2000 or above
  • Project experience in 3-tier/Web/Mobile applications development/Crystal Enterprise/Report 10
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter, team player and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
Duties: Assist in development or maintenance of assigned computer programs.
Supervisor, Fund Accounting & Valuation
  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting and valuation with 1 to 2 years at supervisory level
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Access
  • Attentive to details, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Supervise the fund valuation team to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ORSO funds and unit trusts
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including regulatory compliance
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the valuation system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports
Financial Analyst
  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance
  • 3 years or more experience from asset management or finance industry
  • Experienced with accounting and enterprise software would be advantageous (Hyperion, PeopleSoft etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in valuation and discounted cash flow
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance level), Word & Power Point
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to answer queries from HQ and overseas offices
  • Independent, self-motivated, attention to details, able to meet tight deadlines, solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Report to Regional Director of Finance and take up the full range of finance and accounting responsibility for the region
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for Asia business units
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly management reports across 7 countries in the APAC market
  • Evaluate profit and loss, monitor sales and objectives to improve business performance
  • Provide assessment analysis on new business investment proposals
  • Conduct research on pension/asset management markets and competitors
