  • Solicit new business of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan through distribution channels and achieve the company sales target
  • Further expand the brokers/alliance distribution channel and network and increase the number of productive brokers/agents
  • Pay frequent visits/contacts and provide quality service to enhance relationship with assigned distributors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Teams to ensure a smooth take-on of new pension clients
  • Assist to coordinate and participate in all kinds of sales & marketing activities such as seminars, conferences and promotional events
  • Provide assistance in the post-sales administrative, enrollment and customer service support

Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling pensions or investment related products
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a MUST
  • Outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills
  • Mature, proactive and able to work independently

  • Assure retention of existing business by performing necessary service on assigned cases
  • Create cross-selling opportunities with existing members
  • Build up and maintain close business relationship with individual MPF participants aiming to help delivering the Companyˇ¦s client retention initiatives
  • Enhance relationship with individual members and provision of quality services

Assistant Legal Counsel

  • Handle company secretarial work including preparation of board resolutions, minutes, agenda for board meetings and filing of relevant forms
  • Arrange and/or attend various internal committees meeting, prepare agenda and minutes
  • Provide legal advisory and regulatory support for pension and mutual fund products. These include, among other things, drafting, reviewing and making changes to constitutive documents establishing the products as well as to the marketing documents and materials of the products
  • Draft and review various kind of commercial contracts and legal documents
  • Keep abreast of regulatory updates in the MPF, mutual fund and insurance industries as well as other changes in laws and regulations that might impact the companyˇ¦s business. Advise on the appropriate actions need to be taken
  • Provide support to Head of Legal & Compliance as assigned to him/her from time to time. Perform other job related duties and special projects (such as corporate support on regional transactional deal) as required
Requirements:
  • Lawyer qualified in Hong Kong with 1-3 years post qualification experience
  • Experience in company secretarial work including preparation of board resolutions, minutes, agenda for board meetings and filing of relevant forms, arrange and/or attend various internal committees meeting, prepare agenda and minutes, application to regulators for authorization of new products, approval of product changes and relevant procedures and filing forms
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with all levels in the company, diligent, pro-active and good working attitude and ethics
  • Adaptable with the ability to work independently and/or work in a team environment, where the need arises

Manager, Product Development

  • Support the regulatory submission process for new and existing products. Together with Head, Product Management, create platform enhancements which allow for more flexible investment strategies which improve performance.
  • Identify gaps in product line-up and identify strategies to fill them using proprietary and third party managers.
  • Provide investment related support to sales, sales support and marketing teams. Ensure smooth and efficient fixed income and derivative trading procedures, and robust sub-delegate investment and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor and review sub-delegate investment and performance, conduct due diligence on new managers
  • Support regulatory filing activities for new and existing products
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, sales support, member relations, marketing, etc.) to provide investment related support, including client visits when required

Requirements:
  • University graduates - Finance, Economics majors preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management or investment management industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of investment research and performance evaluation / attribution
  • Attentive to details, good numerical and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English ˇV command of Mandarin is a plus
  • Conversant with Bloomberg and Excel, other financial/ investment tool experience welcome

  • Handle the inbound and outbound call from clients and to clients, perform customer service related duties and assist to carry out day-to-day administration duties related to Customer Contact Center operations.
  • The role is in Customer Contact Centre and required to perform inbound and/or outbound call to clients in offering service as well as handling incoming phone inquiries from clients with excellent and professional customer service manner.
  • We shall provide training on our in-house pension system and pension products. The role is required to provide service on processing member enrollments, terminations and group changes in accordance with the company procedures, policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete documentation of customer contact center functions.
  • Assist in preparing relevant materials in response to clientsˇ¦ enquiries and requests and provide administrative support to other team within the departments in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or University graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in handling enquiries for MPF and ORSO schemes is preferred

Supervisor, Pension Operations
SUP_PO
  • To provide good quality of service and to ensure the services level provide to MPF/ORSO clients are met with the company service pledge
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
  • Respond to inquiries and interpret contracts and provide benefits or claims information upon requested by brokers, insured and policyholders in a timely, accurately and courteous manner
  • Assist in the process of new products launch and perform the local government filing for pension product
  • Prepare and maintain administrative related materials such as group contract, benefit brochures and member login passcode, etc. before sending to client
  • Assist employee in training and development
  • Review the materials of respond or inquiries from MPFA or auditor
  • Perform quality checking and assist the Team Leader to control and monitor some functions within the team on regular basis
