  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance
  • 5 years related experience in audit firms or finance industry
  • Experience in process/system enhancement is an advantage
  • Experienced with accounting and enterprise software would be advantageous (Hyperion, PeopleSoft etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance level), Word & Power Point
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to answer queries from HQ and overseas offices
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated, attention to details, able to meet tight deadlines, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Duties:
  • Report to Regional Director of Finance and perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for Asia business units
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly management reports across 7 countries in the APAC market
  • Evaluate profit and loss, monitor sales and objectives to improve business performance
  • Review and enhance the financial and reporting system, policies and procedures
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Supervisor, Fund Accounting & Valuation
C-SFA&V (FV)
  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting and valuation with 1 to 2 years at supervisory level
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Access
  • Attentive to details, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Duties:
  • Supervise the team members to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ORSO funds and retail unit trusts
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including accounting reconciliation, regulatory compliance, etc
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the fund operational system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports

  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with 1 year of working experience is preferred
  • Holder of student membership in HKICPA (or similar associations) is an advantage

Duties:
  • Perform daily fund valuation and accounting reconciliation
  • Responsible for periodic accounting and regulatory reports

  • High proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office and internet applications

Duties:
  • Plan and organize marketing & corporate events, advertising and promotional activities. Oversees event management from pre-event arrangements to post-event follow-up activities, including creative ideas, budgeting, timeline, manpower and vendor management, logistics and workflow, communications to stakeholders, periodic status reporting, on-site management, and post-event status reporting.
  • Support various digital marketing projects such as website revamp, mobile app enhancements, webcasting, e-cards, online promotions, and upcoming new digital initiatives.
  • Source merchant offers, seasonal gifts, premiums and small souvenirs to support sales, product launch, corporate and sponsorship activities.
  • Assist in market researches and surveys to understand customer opinions and explore the market trend to facilitate products & services development and enhancements.

  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in handling enquiries for MPF and ORSO schemes is preferred
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Good telephone manner
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer, Call Centre
Duties:
  • Handle telephone enquiries from clients and to clients, perform customer service related duties
  • Through call center set up and IVRS, handle phone inquiries from members, and policyholders in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation of call center functions
  • Assist to prepare administrative related materials in response to clients enquiries and requests
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required
Assistant Officer, Pension Operations

  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
Duties:
  • Handle daily administration of retirement schemes and perform customer service related activities
  • Process member enrollments, terminations, and group changes in accordance with the approved company procedures, policies and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
  • Perform clerical support such as data input
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required
