  • University graduates preferably with at least five years of relevant retail banking and/or sales experience

  • Must be self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in using Lipper, Bloomberg, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • SFC licensed holder preferred
Duties: Prospect and sell mutual fund products, participate in sales and marketing activities, provide customer service to clients, as well as other projects as assigned.

  • Form 7 or above with 1 - 2 years experience preferred
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in MPF/ORSO regulations & scheme operations would be an advantage
Duties: Handle mailing and printing related activities and control stock level; assist in daily administration of retirement schemes.
Regional IT Manager

  • University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in financial industry
  • Extensive knowledge & experience in software development, network infrastructure and telecommunications systems
  • Able to direct the development of any new computer system and initiate new technology
  • Excellent project management skills with proven experience in managing regional projects
  • Excellent management & supervisory skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English and preferably Mandarin
  • Traveling will be required
Duties: Work closely with regional project team and other IT and business teams to define business requirements, analyze and design feasible IT solutions for the region. Provide prompt & accurate technical advice with respect to system functionalities. Work with senior management on IT project planning & implementation.
Senior Administrator

  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details

  • College or University graduate in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • Holder of MCSE and CCNA would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Network and Server Administration
  • Experience in Windows 2000/2003 administration, TCP/IP LAN/WAN and managing a sizable network
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, SQL and IIS
  • Strong troubleshooting and project management skills
  • Flexible, able to work overtime and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
Duties: Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for all network infrastructure, servers & PC workstations; Manage and install new servers and software applications; Resolve technical problem & carry out technical projects.
Senior Administrator (UAT team)

  • College graduate
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in pension administration with 1 year of UAT experience preferred
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications including Excel and Query Analyzer
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with supervisory experience would be an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
Duties: Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) on pension products including new reports, projects and program changes.
Actuarial Assistant
AA
  • University graduate in Actuarial or Mathematics with 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
  • At least passed 2 of the SOA Exams or equivalent
  • Proficient in software applications such as Excel and Access and with knowledge in Actuarial software preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Duties: Performing actuarial functions including financial reporting, financial projection, pricing and modeling.
Senior Business Analyst
SBA
  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst role preferably in financial or pensions and retirement industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, attentive to details and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Duties: Analyze workflow, define business & systems requirements; Perform impact analysis and quality assurance; Coordinate and gather user requirements from users, external vendors or customers of the company.
