  • Higher Diploma or above, Degree Holder is highly preferable
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience (summer job experience would also be considered)
  • Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage

Network Engineer

  • Proficiency in administration of Windows Server, VMware and Microsoft applications like Active Directory, SharePoint, Hyper-V and System Center Suit
  • Familiar with CA Arcserve and Symantec Netbackup backup application
  • Self-motivated with good organization, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA is preferred
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Access
  • Attentive to details, strong organizational and analytical skills

Duties:
  • Supervise the fund valuation team to ensure timely and accurate valuation of MPF/ORSO funds and unit trusts
  • Ensure timely and accurate completing of all fund operational tasks, including regulatory compliance
  • Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance tests of the valuation system with an aim to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external parties and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reports
Senior Administrator (MPF)
C-SA
  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Duties: Handle daily administration of retirement schemes and perform customer service related activities.
Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance
  • 3 years or more experience from accounting or finance industry
  • Experienced with accounting and enterprise software would be advantageous (Hyperion, PeopleSoft etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advance level), Word & Power Point
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to answer queries from HQ and overseas offices

Duties:
  • Report to Regional Director of Finance and take up the full range of finance and accounting responsibility for the region
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for Asia business units
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly management reports across 7 countries in the APAC market
  • Evaluate profit and loss, monitor sales and objectives to improve business performance

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • MPF license holder preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
Duties:
  • Handle phone inquiries to scheme participants, serve walk-in clients and provide visits to clients of our pension fund products in a timely, accurate and courteous manner and including any follow up correspondence
  • Develop and implement client retention plan/program
  • Closely liaise with Sales & Distribution for securing clients and developing client relationship and assist sales staff to close the business deals in respect of administration-related issues
  • Conduct ER & EE enrolment meetings in respect of administrative procedures
  • Conduct/Coordinate seminars & workshops for both internal and external customers regarding the trend of MPF business development/procedures
  • Review current pension administrative practice and obtain customers comment to existing service provided in order to recommend streamlining proposals
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation of all related functions
  • Provide assistance to ad-hoc projects assigned by management
