- Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of development experience preferably in retirement and investment fund industry
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, .NET and Microsoft SQL 2000 or above
- Project experience in any 3-tier/Web applications development/Crystal Enterprise/Report 10 would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Windows NT/2000, MS Applications, Crystal Report, Web (HTML, ASP) and other development software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
