  • Form 7 or above with 1 - 2 years experience preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidate with experience in MPF plan administration

  • Strong PC skills including Chinese Word Processing and MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Duties: Data entry, filing, update forms and perform other general clerical duties related to retirement plan administration.
Customer Service Officer

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience preferably in pension/MPF business or investment products
  • Outgoing, presentable, analytical and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word,and PowerPoint
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service attitude
  • MPF license holder is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
Duties: Serve walk-in clients and handle enquiries; conduct client visit and coordinate member seminars with clients; provide administrative support to the department.
Member Relations Consultant

  • College graduate preferable
  • 2 years of telemarketing or customer service experience in finance industry
  • Licensed holder of MPFA is a must. Applicants who have SFC or IA licenses would have an added advantage
  • Proactive, customer service oriented with excellent telephone manner
  • Able to handle stress and work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred
Duties: Maintain close relations with individual clients by making various nature of outbound call for asset retention and acquisition in respect of pension and mutual fund products; create cross-selling opportunities with existing members; participate in member relations, marketing and promotional activities.

Duties: Solicit, build and maintain a portfolio of MPF and/or ORSO Retirement Plan prospects; participate in sales & marketing activities including conducting seminars and training of intermediaries.
Analyst Programmer

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of development experience preferably in retirement and investment fund industry
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, .NET and Microsoft SQL 2000 or above
  • Project experience in any 3-tier/Web applications development/Crystal Enterprise/Report 10 would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Windows NT/2000, MS Applications, Crystal Report, Web (HTML, ASP) and other development software
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Duties: Assist in development or maintenance of assigned computer programs.
Supervisor, Pension Operations

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration with 1 - 2 years at supervisory level
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Administrator

Senior Client Relations Officer

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 4 to 5 years of customer service experience preferably in pension/MPF business or investment products
  • Outing, presentable, analytical and self-motivated
  • Capable of handling client relations independently
  • Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • MPF license holder is an advantage
Duties: Manage client relationship, develop and implement client retention program, handle client enquiries, conduct client visits and coordinate member seminars with clients, provide administrative support to the department.
